The betula papyrifera 'Varen', also known as the White Birch and Canoe Birch, is a deciduous tree with a shapely oval form. It has snow-white peeling bark and a golden fall colour, and is more adaptable and stress-tolerant than other species.
Light: This tree does best in full sun to partial shade.
Water: It prefers to grow in average to moist conditions, and shouldn'tbe allowed to dry out.
